RESEP ES OYEN POPULER KHAS BANDUNG
Salah satu variasi dari es campur yang cukup populer di Bandung ini dikenal dengan sebutan es oyen. Ciri khas sederhana dari es ini adalah identik dengan menggunakan bahan aplukat, kelapa muda, buah nangka dan pacar cina, bahkan terkadang ditambahkan kombinasi bahan lainnya untuk lebih menggugah selera.
Bahan :
- 200 gram pacar cina, rebus
- 300 gram cincau hitam, potong dadu
- 100 gram kolang-kaling rebus, iris tipis
- 100 gram tape singkong, potong dadu
- 2 buah alpukat, kerok daging buahnya
- 100 gram melon, potong dadu
- 100 gram nangka, potong dadu
- 1 buah kelapa muda, kerok daging buahnya
- es serut/ es batu secukupnya
- susu kental manis secukupnya
- 300 gram gula pasir
- ½ sdt garam
- 2 gelas air
- Rebus air bersama gula pasir dan garam, aduk hingga mendidih dan gula larut. Angkat sirup dan dinginkan.
- Saat disajikan, bagi bahan es oyen dalam 5 porsi mangkuk saji, beri es serut atau es batu lalu siram dengan sirup gula dan susu kental manis.
